REGISTRATION - Summer Soccer
The Carleton Place Soccer Club is a not-for-profit organization. We strive to be efficient within our operations, while continually working to improve the quality of our programs. The Club was extremely fortunate to be able to absorb the increased costs over the last five years and we were able to keep most of our program fees the same. We are now faced with increased costs in areas which are outside of our control. Insurance costs, Field fees, Referee fees and the 13% HST are just some of the major factors impacting our program fees. We have also re-designed our program fees to more closely follow actual program costs. In order to continue to offer quality programs we must increase our fees over the next few years.

** On line registration will close on April 30th. Registration after this time must be by submission of paper
forms. Players will be placed on a waiting list and cannot be guaranteed placement on a team.
On-line Registration is back and is as easy as ever. 
The following are the steps to get you started when registering on-line:
- Click here to read the On-Line Registration instructions. We suggest you print out these instructions.
- Click the Register button and carefully follow the instructions to register youth and adult players
- Youth players U9 up to U18 can register for one of two choices:
- Select Recreational for new and experienced youth players wanting a single level of recreational play.
- Select Competitive to have the opportunity to tryout for a more competitive level of play.
- The final step to registering on-line is the payment section. You can pay by:
- Cheque (payable to The Carleton Place Soccer Club)
- Credit card - Visa or MasterCard.
If you choose to pay by credit card, your registration will be complete once the payment has been authorized. A printable receipt will be displayed, however a receipt will automatically be sent to you via e-mail. Keep a copy of this receipt for tax purposes.
If you choose to pay by cheque (mailed to: The Carleton Place Soccer Club, PO Box 85, Carleton Place, Ontario, K7C 3P3), the registration will be placed in a holding status until the cheque has been received and processed. A reminder to send payment will not be sent. Once payment is received, a confirmation/tax receipt will be e-mailed. A registration will not be considered complete until the full payment has been received and the registration has been accepted by the Club. Payments can take up to 48 hours to process.
There will be two open registrations for families new to Carleton Place Soccer:
Saturday, February 11th, from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the Beckwith Indoor Soccer Facility
Wednesday, February 15th, from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at the Carleton Place Arena

♦ Make cheques payable to the “Carleton Place Soccer Club”.
♦ Competitive registration fees may be paid with 2 cheques U9-U11 $185. + $121. or U12-U18 $223. + $184.
♦ Family Discount of $50 for registering three or more members of one family.
♦ Any member having unpaid fees will not be placed on a team until their account is up-to-date.
♦ There is a $30.00 charge for each Returned or NSF cheque.
♦ The Clubs' mandate is to provide the game of soccer to all who are interested. Please contact us by e-mail or voice message if you will find it difficult to come up with the funds for registration, payment options are available. For subsidy programs click on the links tab above.
Refunds
The Treasurer requires all refund requests in writing.
♦ Any players the Club is not able to place on a team will be given a full refund.
♦ All other requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to the Club’s email address or by mail to the Club’s address to the Attention of the Treasurer.
♦ Full refunds will be given while registration is open.
♦ Any player who withdraws within the first 30 days of the season will be given a refund, less a $20 administration fee, with the following exceptions:
- In addition Competitive registered players who attended the tryouts and the training sessions at the indoor facility will not be refunded this portion of the competitive fee.
- If any games are played before withdrawing, a portion equal to the number of games played will also be deducted.
- Just Kick It! registrants are exempt from this administration fee.
- No refunds will be issued when notified after 30 days without a Doctors note or special board approval.
Tax Receipt for 2011
The on-line registration automatically creates a tax receipt. The receipt is sent immediately after registering if you pay by credit card. If payment is made by cheque, an e-mail is sent after receiving and processing your payment.
